What Is an Immigration Physical?
An immigration medical examination (Form I-693) is required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for most people applying for a green card or adjusting their immigration status. The exam must be performed by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon.

What to Expect
Schedule Your Exam
Call us or walk in during business hours. We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability for immigration physicals.
Medical Examination
Our civil surgeon will conduct a thorough physical examination, review your medical history, and check for any conditions that may affect your immigration status.
Vaccinations
Any required vaccinations that you haven't received will be administered during your visit. Bring your vaccination records if you have them.
Lab Tests
Required lab tests including TB testing and other screenings will be completed on-site or arranged as needed.
Form I-693 Completed
Once all results are in, our civil surgeon will complete and seal Form I-693 in an envelope for you to submit to USCIS.
